- Vehicle Damage: Any damage caused to your vehicle during the service.
Please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will:
- Investigate the issue.
- Offer to redo the service at no additional cost or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
2. Scheduling Errors
If we fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment due to:
- Technician error.
- Unforeseen delays.
- Incorrect scheduling on our part.
You are eligible for:
- A priority reschedule at your convenience.
- A discount on your service for the inconvenience.
3. Cancellations
- Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
